Location Add Dependents/Beneficiaries Dialog Box

To display the Add Dependents/Beneficiaries Dialog Box, complete the following steps:

1. From the Self-Service menu, click Payroll & Benefits > Dependents and Beneficiaries.
2. Click Add Dependent/Beneficiary button.
